I have this singular light, I've tested this, and it works just fine. No hardware is included, and there is no harness either. I have reason to believe that this is new mainly because this one came with another 4 lights that are exactly the same (See my other post for more details) It just has scratches all around the corner, mainly because this was a loose item from a pallet. There's many other items in a pallet that may cause the scratches.
